We will continue to post this horrifying story so that these children are never forgotten:

85,000 Children.  That is the entire population of Santa Fe New Mexico.  That is actually how many children are missing!

These children passed through the custody of Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Health and Human Services custody in the last few months and cannot be located after being handed over to unverified third parties.

NOBODY has done anything about this aside from a hearing in Congress which made for good optics for the GOP.

Don't let these 85,000 children be forgotten and become a statistic.  They do not deserve to suffer the horrors of child slavery, pedophilia, organ harvesting and worse.  Last month, a hearing that was held by a subcommittee of the House Judiciary will hear evidence from a whistleblower. This individual warned legislators that the United States has become the "middleman" in a multibillion dollar migrant child trafficking enterprise at the border.

Human trafficking concept, human rights violations, scared child with man's hand covering child mouth,

Human Trafficking  Care of Biden & Mayorkas

This hearing, entitled "The Biden Border Crisis: Exploitation of Unaccompanied Alien Children," will be held by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement. The purpose of the hearing was to investigate the increase in unaccompanied children (UACs) at the southern border.  Statistics provided by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) indicate that the number of UACs who cross the border increased from 33,239 in the fiscal year 2020 to more than 146,000 in the fiscal year 2021 and 152,000 in the fiscal year 2022. This is a significant increase from the previous year's total of 33,239. There have been over 70,000 interactions of unaccompanied minors so far in the current fiscal year 2023.

Child migrants who are found at the border are taken into the care of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), where they remain until they are reunified with a sponsor, who is generally a parent or other family member who is already living in the United States.

But reports that officials haven't been able to get in touch with more than 85,000 child migrants have shaken the Biden administration. More recently, reports say that administration officials ignored signs of "explosive" growth in child labor. Some have been pushed into bonded labor to pay back smugglers and have worked in terrible conditions.  At the meeting on Wednesday, there will be three witnesses: Tara Lee Rodas, an HHS whistleblower who used to work in an inspector general's office; Sheena Rodriguez, founder and president of Alliance for a Safe Texas; and Jessica Vaughn, head of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies. Rodas will warn about a problem that has been going on for a long time but has gotten much worse during the current migrant crisis.

"Today, smugglers and traffickers will make children work overnight shifts in slaughterhouses, factories, and eateries to pay off bills. She will say, "Today, children will be sold for sex." "Today, kids will call a number to say they are being abused, ignored, or sold. Children who are alone have been living in the dark for almost a decade."  Rodas will talk about how she helped the HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) find sponsors for children who crossed the border by working at an emergency intake site in California.

"I thought I was going to help find good homes for children. Instead, I found out that children are being trafficked through a complex network. They are first recruited in their home country, then smuggled to the U.S. border, and finally given to a sponsor by ORR. Some sponsors are criminals, traffickers, and members of TCOs. Some donors see children as goods and assets that can be used to make money. This is why labor trafficking is on the rise," Rodas said in written comments.  Since fiscal year 2021, DHS has only taken away 409 of the 345,000 unaccompanied child migrants. "We can no longer close our eyes and act like this isn't going on. Congress has the power to stop this, so I'm asking you to do the right thing," she says in her statement.

HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra refuses to take responsibility, as do most Biden Administration Department heads, and disputed last month's claims that the agency couldn't reach 85,000 youngsters and said that Congress had placed restrictions on HHS's power. He stated, "I have never heard the number of 85,000, I don't know where it comes from, and... so I would say that doesn't sound at all to be realistic, and what we do is we try to follow up as best we can with these kids. "Congress has given us certain authorities. Our authorities end when we have found a suitable sponsor to place that child with. We try and do some follow-up, but neither the child or the sponsor is actually obligated to follow up with us."  ARE YOU KIDDING??? These are vulnerable kids and you are giving them away with no follow up?

Whether intentional or not, it can be argued that the U.S. Government has become the middleman in a large scale, multi-billion-dollar, child trafficking operation run by bad actors seeking to profit off the lives of children."

Among the unaccompanied children she encountered at the border were adolescent males who, according to Rodriguez of the Alliance for a Safe Texas, informed her that cartel cooperatives carried children through Mexico and detained them in warehouses with armed guards. She will also demand that federal agencies responsible be looked into and that the practice of releasing migrants to sponsors cease.  "We can't ignore this any longer or act as though it doesn't exist. Congress has the authority to put a stop to this, therefore I'm pleading with you to act morally, according to her testimony.

Why is it that no Democrats in charge ever take responsibility nor ever know what is going on under their noses?  This cannot be an anomaly. Speaker McCarthy, Freedom Caucus, where are you?  Was this just a photo op?
